Giving up an advantage, good position, easy earnings, a chance of success; helping when everyone is looking away; standing up for someone or something when everyone else is turning their back; not being afraid of intimidation and humiliation ….

At the Bernard Family Brewery, we respect kindness and fairness. That is how we treat each other, our partners, and even our beer, which we make honestly and responsibly from start to finish. We believe such conduct should be recognised and encouraged.

That is why we have decided to award positive, exemplary and admirable acts around us.

If you know about such an act, let us know on bernardova.cena@bernard.cz.

We will verify the nominated acts and then would be pleased to reward them.

Who is entitled to the Bernard Prize?

  • Anyone over 18 years old.
  • Anyone who has acted in an exemplary, courageous or fair manner, brought some positivity to society and enjoys no material benefit from their action.
  • A person whose act can be proven.

The person who is the first to nominate the act is also entitled to a small prize.
