Consent to personal data processing (according to the Consent below)
* I consent to my personal data being processed by Rodinný pivovar BERNARD a. s. (Bernard Family Brewery), ID No.: 26031809, a joint-stock company with its registered office at 5. května 1, 39601 Humpolec, Czech Republic, which is the personal data controller for purposes related to booking tours of the Bernard Family Brewery. I grant this consent for a period of five years beginning on the day I provide my personal data or on the date I grant this consent.
This consent may be revoked by sending a written notification to that effect to the controller’s email or postal address.
